Our Term Dates – Newcastle Workshop for Kids

Term 4 dates	22/10/2024 to 12/12/2024

 TERM 4 2024 CLASSES:

Most Saturday nights September-March we hold 2 hour sessions to connect with families on several levels (sessions will be for sale and advertised via Eventbrite and on our Facebook page).

Your children will be entertained for 2hrs by our professional staff.

We will be teaching good mental health lessons through drama play, yoga and mindfulness workshops.

We will also have a dance session, not just a disco but all sorts of music for the children to learn movement.

While this is happening the parents can do one of a few things:

1) They can go out for dinner and relax-knowing their children are not only having fun but learning some life long emotional strategies

2) They can spend time in our parent chill out zone and have access to a child counsellor for any of your concerns

The choice is yours.

We will be limiting the numbers to 30 children and there will be a different topic every week (bullies/friendships/being you/frustrations/step parents/anxiety) we are very happy for requests.

It will be $20 per child for 2 hours and tickets will be sold through our Facebook and website.
