Over the past couple of years my daughter has attended The Authentic Child and Holiday Workshops. She absolutely loves it. She tells me she likes “visiting Nicole’s” because she “loves acting out and having fun!” I couldn’t be happier with the quality and variety within the program. Congratulations Nicole and thanks again for all your genuine warmth and care. The children know how much you enjoy teaching them.

We are so pleased we have discovered Nicole Neave and her ‘Authentic Child’ program.
Our son has been attending the program since he was 3 years old, and we have watched him develop his emotional skills in a safe, friendly and fun environment. He looks forward to the weekly sessions and holiday workshops. His formal teachers have commented on his public speaking confidence which was nurtured through the program.

What we love the most though, is that every week he is in an environment where he can play and learn and truly be his unique self.

How blessed we were to find Nicole and the Authentic Child !!! her wealth of knowledge and consideration of every individual child and their unique needs was obvious. Miss 9 and Miss 6 revelled in the opportunities for self expression offered. The mindful manner activities were offered in a safe realm allows the children an outlet for self expression and knowledge through Drama, it is a brilliant springboard for the outside world. Nicole’s experience, expertise, consideration and caring are paramount to the program she offers.

I separated from my husband and brought a 4 year old child back to Australia from overseas. We arrived with 4 suitcases and the rest of our workday possessions are overseas or in storage for the next 2 years. I felt confident knowing that my child by attending Nicole’s classes would be given tools to handle lots of emotions including a Dad who is not around much and who travels a lot and works very long hours. We were discussing this the other day and my kid said “let’s focus on the positives” which I’m sure he learnt from Nicole.

My child has been going to Nicole’s drama classes and workshops for some years now and loves it. The skills he learns from Nicole are invaluable. I see a child learning skills for life, resiliency, and to be the best version of himself. He has gross motor that will never be as good as other children and his fine motor is behind but will catch up. I feel reassured that my child will learn emotional skills to be happy with who he is and to be his best self from Nicole and to face challenges on life.

The Authentic Child weekly and holiday workshops are run by Nicole Neave. My boy William (10) has been attending weekly classes since he was 3. I highly recommend this business for any parent /guardian who wants the best for promoting and developing their children’s sense of self and their self-worth in the world today.
